"If they mess something up they will take no ownership and they will not try to make things right. Sent me on my way with a bad alternator that they seemed to actually know was bad, because one technician mentioned it was only putting out 11volts to the manager (I was not Savvy enough to understand what he was saying until I broke down again due to the alternator.) I had broken down and was towed to them so there was nothing I could do. It initially took more than two weeks to even see my vehicle, they replaced the starter correctly. However they killed my batteries by leaving the keys on in the ignition for two weeks, they took no responsibility made me travel and buy new batteries myself."
"Had our motorhome towed there with transmission problems. July 4th weekend, they looked at it first thing Tuesday morning, had it diagnosed and repaired by Tuesday afternoon. Was a loose connection between battery box and transmission computer (TCU). We really appreciate the fast service as this is our full time home."

"Beyond pleased with the attention and the workers. Its been a long time since i've engaged with such kind people. They did everything in their power to solve the problem. My father had to stay over night and they were so kind as to take him to a near by hotel (days in) till the next morning when the piece they ordered would come in. They said it would come in around 1-2 PM and at that exact time was when it got there, so in other words they give you correct and honest information."
