"I just want to say that I had been going to the same dentist before I could spell "Dentist", for some 20-odd years. And I LOVED her. The only reason I had to switch was because she no longer took my insurance, which I understand, you gotta do what you gotta do for your business. So I was very nervous about seeing any new dentist for anything. Then I got what I thought was an abscess and had to see one right away. Dr. Fairbourn and his staff were all so kind and patient. They got me in right away and we're able to explain everything to me. They were sympathetic and actually took time to let me ask questions and discuss my experience rather than talking down to me. As someone who was terrified of any new dentist, he really impressed me."
