"Don't bother. He is a lousy dentist, with lazy staff, in an old, dingy, converted house. I had one filling put in that fell out 6 months later. When I go in to have it repaired I am 'dismissed' from the practice? Real nice thing to do to a person in pain. Find a REAL dentist."
