"Life savers! My starter went out on my Jeep as I was commuting between DFW and Roswell. Chucks fixed up my Jeep and I was on my way again in an hour for a reasonable rate. Hands down best experience with a mechanic shop I've had in my 40 something years."

"I was having a backlight/ blinker issues on my pickup truck and the front desk clerk at the hotel highly recommended Mr. Chuck. I'm so glad that she did. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted promptly. I told him that I was passing thru working and he immediately started to help me. Thank you Mr. Chuck for helping Vidalia Dispatch Service, Inc. get back in the road within minutes."

"My brother came here after trying to figure out what was wrong with his car(we assumed a fuel pump or computer because it randomly stalls and is not often). An appointment had to be set up a week and a half later. It was there for days and had to call to see what was wrong because he hadn't been informed prior to. He was told what was wrong, but was not confident in the findings. When he went to pick up his car, the owner was very rude. Brother asked if he ran tests and what tests were ran, and Chuck replied with "I don't have time to drive it to Lubbock 5 times to try and get it to stall". Then proceeded to tell my brother that he didn't have time to put it back together because he had to get a jeep out. Which leads me to believe he didn't have time to find the actual issue. Was quoted 110$ for the diagnostic but when he went in to pay, it was173$ because they took the rear fender off, when it was a gas issue. I guess they charge for diagnostic and labor? Not sure but there was no need to be rude. If you don't have time, say that so we won't go there. Def will never go here again. apparently if they aren't doing the repairs, that's cause to be rude."
