"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Judith. We've been going to the Corydon Gamestop for about 4-5 months now and they always, ALWAYS help, and go above and beyond. Because of Judith, we've purchased a membership, and when we have a celebration- of any kind- my kids ask to go to Gamestop. We have 6 kids, and some of them have started playing in a Pokemon club partially because of Judith's influence. My son with special needs has an easy time talking with/to her. This is a local treasure, and we are so glad it's here. Thank you GameStop!"

"Well I was informed that I could sell my Xbox with controller to get around 40 dollars which I could have really used. I went to the store and left with a total of 12 bucks. I didn't know that you had to have all this other stuff like the HDMI cable and that it had to function at tip top level for me to even get close to 40. When they fix it up they'll sell it for way more than 40 dollars. Yes I know that I didn't have to sell it to them but it wasn't being used. Not sure what this world is coming to but you can't sell anything electronic and even get close to what you paid for it. And now everyone is charging fees for everything. And makes me not want to buy electronics. And if I do I probably won't be selling any of it at least not to any stores like GameStop. They have really went down hill. It's no wonder everyone hates them."

"One of my friends recently got 2 games for $40, and there weren't game discs inside the game case. Also, the manager was pretty rude towards hik about what happened."

"I recently came to this store on a vacation trip and bought two games from them. They put the games in a bag and I didn’t check out my games til I got home that night, and I checked both cases and neither of them had the games in it. I called the store that I bought the games from and told them what happened and informed her that I don’t live around from there and is there anyway they could refund me or send me the games. Which they told me no there is no way they could they help unless I could come to the store physically. I even spoke to the manager and she said pretty much the same thing. (The customer service number was also no help.) I’d also like to mention that if I were to drive back to the store that it would be 3 hours just to get there. So now I don’t have any of the games I purchased and I'm out $40 bucks. The manager at this store was very unhelpful and did not to fix a problem that her store made. GameStop and this store have awful Customer service and that really sucks because I have always been going to GameStop since I was kid. But because of this incident, not only will not be going back to one, I advise everyone to look elsewhere to get your games."

"Some prices are kinda high but the service is amazing. I only really come in for the gift card deal mixed with the $5 off deal every month. Maybe a few surprises here and there but not much really."
