"My blood pressure was through the roof as I entered the store and as a person with a heart condition this is not a good thing. Due to Andrew my blood pressure has returned to normal. This is why. Andrew was able to reroute my phone that I ordered online that was set to be delivered to the wrong address. He looked up my account and made a phone call and got it rerouted with ease. Always great customer service when I come in to this location. Thank you guys so much!!!"
"Came in to learn how to find a battery on my phone. ATT wouldn't help us. The cost for Verizon was a great deal and the service is way better. All our issues were solved at the Verizon store. They stayed open late to help us out! We got 2 phones and a free watch with the promotion. All the password didn't transfer but we did get all our apps. Would recommend anyone to get service at Verizon and at this store! He was very friendly and super helpful! Marvin was wonderful"
