"We love the owners Melissa & Jerry! Our family stepped into Ballard Hardware several months back instead of heading to your local big box store and it was the best decision! Ballard Hardware has become our go to when we need tools, paint, lumber etc for our next home project. However, if you were to ask our daughter...we just go to visit Crimson, their sweet pup that greets you at the door when you walk in, she adores him and asks to stop and see him on a weekly basis. Love this smalltown hometown business, can't beat the people and the atmosphere!"
"I've shopped here several times and I love it! The new owners are so friendly, helpful, and professional! I was surprised how competitive their prices are, especially for lumber. I live right around the corner and I love not having to go to Lowes anymore. One particular time I was running late and trying to get there before they closed and they said they would have stayed open until I got there and that it wouldn't have been a problem. Now that's customer service! I love a family owned business."
