"I made the mistake of encouraging my mother to take on Culligan for delivery monthly and have the dispenser in her home. It's been close to 18 months now. Delivery was great in the beginning, timely deliveries, came when they said. But 6 to 8 months ago something changed because deliveries have been late and outright no shows from what they inform us. I'm still shelpping in water because they are falling very short in the SERVICE DEPT."

"Do NOT use these fools. They are rude and underhanded. Customer service is awful. I had a tankless RO installed and after year they came to replace the filters. After they left the unit kept make a noise like leaking air. Come to find out, water was leaking past the filter and down the drain. I ended up with a $300 water bill. Normal water bill was about $110. When I called about it they made excuses, but did send someone to look at it. The guy that looked at told me it was leaking past the filter and replaced the unit. When I said something to the office about $300 water bill, they hemmed and hawed about and after much discussion, credited me one month, which is $61. At the end of my contract I told them to come get it, but the tech could figure out how to remover the electrical AC adapter from under the dishwasher, and sent me a bill for $71."

"Customer service from the phone representatives is severely lacking. We have been waiting weeks, if not months for a bulb. Finally we called to check the status of the bulb only to find out that the bulb had already arrived at their facility, but no one had bothered to call us to make arrangements for installation. So at that time we made an appointment for installation. Today I called for a status update for the arrival of the technician and the representative I spoke with could only offer a bad attitude and that we are third on the list for the day. I asked if there was any way to get a estimate of when the technician would be arriving and still all she would tell me was that we were third on the list. So after not getting any sort of legitimate answer from this representative I asked to speak with someone in management. And thankfully I was able to get some sort answer from Mrs Lucinda, she offered to call the technician and get me an ETA. How simple?? Why could the first representative not have done the same? As I told the representative, that never stated her name, if I didn’t have to do business with this company, I would not. But unfortunately they’re the only company in this area offering these services."

"We are a local business who used Culligan water for over a year. We've had issues with their delivery folks being loud, tracking mud, and even going so far as to try and aggressively yank a closed door open rather than simply knocking. This is unprofessional and disruptive to our business. In addition, we signed a $35/mo contract. What they did not tell us is that there are some months were water is delivered 2x/mo and they charge you extra for that delivery even though you may not need the water that is delivered. When I called to speak with them about this, the customer service representative kept cutting me off and would not let me finish what I was trying to say. She was very dismissive of what I had to say and made me feel as though I was in the wrong for even picking up the phone and calling about these issues. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a customer service representative over the course of my lifetime. If you are a local business, I would recommend getting your water elsewhere."
