Complimentary truck detail is the biggest differentiator for me as a sales professional on the road. The chatter on the 2-way radios needs to be checked, however. Keep it pro, and volume low. I had told them that I had filled out a survey from a previous oil change that the dealership would give me $50 in gas. I told them I would take a discount on my oil change and they said that would be fine."
"I wish i could give a zero because I had my husband call before he drove an hour away to get my car serviced and once he got there on time they told him that they couldn’t do it because they were closing in an hour. She shouldn’t have said yes if she knew what time they closed. It’s honestly ridiculous. Update your times to 4pm instead of 5pm. Horrible customer service. Just say no if it can’t be done, that’s more professional then having us drive an hour for nothing."
