"New ownership has lost a 10yr customer!! New staff treats you like the shady mechanics that lie and exaggerate on items on vehicles just to get maximum money out of you!! They charged me $136 for an oil change and then wanted $248 to relearn sensors, not replace but just to relearn them. Will not return nor recommend at all."

"Customer service up front was good. Techs were not profesional and shows signs of laziness one got into my vehicle with no paper floor mat protection as required and used to prevent the oil on there shoes from dirtying the floor interior. Took over 30 mins as the time required to conduct oil change and other necessities on vehicle. Did not complete full oil package that I paid for (I.e ) rotating my tires. I was headed out of town and they were asking me to wait longer so they can do the job right again. Lastly my vehicle smelt like gasoline when I got back in it like the smell from there uniform . Meineke was a great service provider but now I feel like they raised prices and lowered customer satisfaction"
