"One Armed Scissor is a Tier One spot for any respectful and reasonable guest to enjoy great company and libations. The bartenders make amazing cocktails - I’m certainly quite picky about my Manhattans. The environment is very friendly, laid back, and inclusive. Living downtown, this has quickly become one of my favorite spots to visit. It’s hard to find a place that’s both unpretentious and high-caliber. It’s obvious that a lot of thought and care are put into everything here. I’d use the utmost caution when reading any negative review of this bar. The staff are not only great at their jobs, but also very patient and welcoming toward all - even those who don’t deserve it. 5 stars!"
