"My nursing care was not consistent. Nurses missed appointments and didn't call. I never had Physical Therapy. I wasn't ever told they couldn't provide the service. The main reason I was referred to BrightStar was for Physical Therapy. Very unprofessional and disappointed in BrightStar."
