"I came this morning to wash my car! Not only was it spotless, but I need to recognize two of your employees! First there was a young lady that came out to sign me in with the most beautiful smile and bubbly personality! I asked her name and I think it was Kazley. The young man that dried my car did a terrific job but I didn’t get his name ( hopefully you will know who was drying around 11:00). It was an awesome experience and made my day!!! Thank You"
"The car was real dirty after the snow melted so I headed to my local quick quack. The service was great, had a wonderful little moment with a girl named Kari, she was so nice and complimented my septum. Probably going to make this my regular car wash because that made me day."
"Showed up last night and there was only one worker and he didn’t have good customer service whatsoever. The other worker showed back up to the establishment after I had got my vehicle washed and dried. Check your employees. Not to mention, Tamra, the store manager had contacted an ex-employee that left the same review and tried to stir up problems because he couldn’t leave an honest review. For being in a management position, she needs to start acting like a manger and be more respectful."

"Spent $20 on a car wash just for my truck to still be dirty. The vacuums had horrible suction. There were still bugs all on the windshield and the grille. Now my front plate is all bent. Will definitely just be going to one where I spray the truck down myself from now on. This was our first time going to this wash and there was no one there to greet and go over the type of wash packages so we pulled forward to the entry of the wash to see if that attendant would help us. Eventually the guy ran out to help us. The only person that did a good job was the guy at the end that dried our mirrors. Seemed like the other 2 staff members didn’t care to be there at all."
