"Do not buy a (used) car from here. Worst service I've ever received. I brought my Subaru in 4x to the service department starting a week after buying the vehicle. They even had it in overnight once and never fixed the problem. I had to call off of work that day since I didn't have my car and I thought they were actually doing something to it that time. My car ended up shaking on the highway where I had to pull over and change out the mass air flow sensor on my own at Autozone rather than them even letting me know what the issue was. They said they took care of it and that was that yet they didn't do anything. Then when my car literally went to crap on the side of the road 6 months after buying it and wouldn't start, the warranty I had purchased from them wouldn't cover it. The warranty company, Veritas, said if I had the premium warranty, they would have. I was never told there was a premium warranty. I was only given one option with the finance department. Anyway, my fault for trusting them. I just hope no one else falls for buying used vehicles at a dealership. Beware. They even sent me to see a different shop when I told them that my car wouldn't start, rather than taking it to them."
"My battery had completely died and I had a service warning on my vehicle about it. The service writer did not want to check my battery at first as it charged from where I was and then drove to the dealership. He hooked up a little machine that said it was fine. I let him know I wanted it checked anyways and sure enough the battery was dead. Not impressed with him for that."
"Salesman was very nice and spent a lot of time explaining the car usage. He did not pressure us and got us a good deal. Dealership was super clean and all were helpful."
