"I had earlier gone to the Wolflin/Georgia Street location, after waiting almost 30 minutes and shuffling of cars, I was informed they didn’t have the filter for my Tacoma. The young man said they had not been able to do Toyota’s all day. Why didn’t he tell me that at first? He suggested one of their other locations. I give this location a 1 star rating. I went to the 34th/Coulter location and received outstanding service! The workers were efficient and courteous. This will be my go to location in the future. I give them a 5 star rating."
"Not a good selection of brands of oil. Lately it’s been only one obscure brand. I don’t want to use just anything in vehicles that cost upwards of $100K. So have been forced to bring my own oil and filter too many times then, pay a hefty charge to just drop and fill it. The service has been great so far, but you need to offer a choice in oil."
"Service was amazing! Took about 14 minutes at most, but really felt like 8 minutes. The manager Brandon did my service. Take 5 oil change needs to keep him around! This young man greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the establishment and kept me informed the whole service all while being incredibly respectful and keeping a smile on his face . I will be a repeat customer as long as Brandon is managing this establishment!"
"Just finished getting my oil changed here for the first time. I will definitely be back. I like the fact I can wait in my car while it’s getting done. The gentleman was very good at explaining what was going on as they were doing it. They were very friendly and very fast! Great experience over all! Highly recommend!"
