"Would give zero if I could. New automation for the phone system has no idea what your name is, the people making pizza won't ask if you're there to pick up an order by your phone number. Pizza is great, to bad you can't get it any more. Don't waste your time."

"Would give zero stars on their food service if it was possible. Have had orders go missing during delivery, orders they forget to even make, and tonight picked up an order that was cold, one pizza wasn't even cut, no sauces/sides/peppers, an absolute disaster. Have been told multiple times we didn't fully place the order (happened enough that we started going in with the confirmation emails in-hand), have been told my order was late because it was a new driver that couldn't find our address (only to have the same driver who had been here multiple times pull up and let me know he had too many deliveries), and a multitude of other issues. We didn't order for a LONG time and decided to try again tonight. HUGE mistake that we definitely won't do again."

"It only took one time for me to realize that I will be a repeat customer! Drew, Jaime, and Landon were spectacular! So nice and respectful. They treated me more than a customer but as a guest welcome to come back. Shout out to the manager Mary Beth for being a great leader!"
