"Do Not Get No Car From Them! God Honest Truth they’re rude! They Will Get Over On You And Make Up All Type Of Lies And Excuses About Everything! And They’ll Repo You Car On Purpose Just So You’ll Have To Pay a Towin Fee and/or tryna make you pay the car off cause they know they done sold you a messed up car! They don’t do any work at all and honestly Their racist! I have all proof(proof of conversation and how much work had to be done) what I’m speaking on!"
"I walked in and everyone was eating lunch not interested in doing any work at all. Finally I got someone to let me test drive a car and do the credit application and it’s like they were trying to rush me out. Like do your damn job and give me an answer. I doubt that have even submitted the application yet. They don’t care if they make a sell or not"

"I do not recommend Heartland Motors. They sold a good friend a piece of junk car knowing she needed a dependable and safe car for her children to go back and fourth to Vanderbilt Hospital in. Customer service after the sale has been less than pathetic."
"Will not work with you at all! Car was listed online for $5990. Test drove it, AC wasn't cold. They said they'd add freon. Salesman called & said there was a hole somewhere & it's going to be $700 to fix it. They wanted to add that on top of fees & it was going to be over $7000. They wouldn't even agree to meet in the middle to come down $350! I've never dealt with a car salesman that wasn't willing to work a little with you. It stayed online for $5990 for over a week, so I called & spoke to the service mgr who just said it took a while to get the price changed on a 3rd party site (car gurus). We were fortunate though because she ended up with a very nice Camry from Ray Mullen in Paducah who was willing to work with us! I'd never recommend them."
