"This was a big disappointment..ibhad a taste for ribs and brisket all day and they ruined it .The ribs are hard and dry and so is the brisket..even the beans was nasty.The only thing that was ok was the potato salad and the bbq sauce. They should have just canceled my order and not sent this food to anyone."

"Texas BBQ has always been a hit or Miss for me. This time Hitter’s hit it on the nail. The meat was perfectly seasoned and smoked. Wasn’t dry. It was juicy and flavorful. The meat didn’t even need any sauce. As for the brisket baked beans, some of the best beans I’ve ever had. You can tell they were fresh and made from scratch. Look like I just found my new BBQ joint."
