She took the initiative to provide us her contact information just Incase he had any questions after-hours. And sure enough we did. We understand things don't always go as planned but the way Jessica took care of us so that we can have some peace of mind on our 600 miles trip was very much appreciated. Our service light came on before we left on our trip. I immediately messaged Jessica and I believe it was like 8pm she quickly responded and said she would have an answer asap. And she did, she followed up around 5 am letting us know she had already reached out to management and reassured us that the service was up to date but the light wasn't reset. She gave us the option of taking the vehicle in to any other enterprise and if necessary we can stop by any shop they are partnered with just Incase we had any trouble. Which we didn't.
