Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Took my brand new 2024 Jeep Wrangler in for its first oil change and the chic that did the change stated that I had a small oil leak and I should take my care into the dealership. Of course I got my car in as soon as possible and they said it was Valvoline's oil filter - that I DID NOT have an oil leak... So, I had to have my dealership do an oil change just to make sure that there was no leak after they did it. When I called Valvoline they said no refund for me --- I'm so ticked!!! Further, the person that was checking me in seemed to have a lot of questions on how to log things b/c certain parts were not showing for this new of a car. Beware using them!!!!"

"They have no concept of time, common courtesy or customer service. It was my first and last visit. Didn't even get service. I tried to walk up to the office and was met outside by a kid who rolled out of bed to tell me I'm supposed to wait in my car for 30 min. That time went by and no one informed me of further wait time. I'm a very patient customer but this is rude since as a customer I could make an informed decision to stay or go onto my next errands and try later. Just not for me or anyone like me. I wish someone would've informed me instead of me waiting for over an hour and then when I stepped out of my car all I got was looks and they had other cars being worked on from when I got there."

"had a fantastic experience at the oil change center. The manager and their crew did an excellent job on my car. They were efficient and professional. The service was quick, and they took great care of my vehicle. I was impressed with their attention to detail and the overall customer service. I highly recommend this place for your car maintenance needs MANAGER VAL shes is a asset to the company. Shes is best."

"I went here yesterday and they said they couldn’t work on my car because of rattling sound. This may be true but, they also said I had plenty of oil so it wasn’t an oil problem. I went to a mechanic today, who said the complete opposite that I had no oil and it was an oil problem. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with Valvoline before. The was in Lexington when I bought coolant and they poured an already opened half full bottle into my car thinking I wouldn’t notice. The last time I went to this specific location they changed my air filter but on the drive home something was rattling. It sounded like they didn’t screw in the cap all the way or left it loose or something. I’m also finding, it might be cheaper to just get my oil changed at a body or mechanic shop. Regardless, Valvoline is starting to become last resort option."

"Had a great experience at this valve line. They got my fluids topped off, fresh oil, new wipers, and were all working hard when it was brutally hot outside. I had an interaction with 4 members of the crew in one visit. It was great!"
