"One star: multiple orders with multiple missing items. Food cooked improperly. Multiple attempts to contact management or staff. Unresolved. Example: tenders ordered, 3 missing of 9. No sauce sent No breading on 3 tenders ... Second order: tenders are amazing. Still no sauces Would get 4-5 stars if I could have this resolved. Food tastes delicious, but the fact it's wrong and we have had to order multiple times is uncalled for. Flavor is great! Timelines is great. Hoping to hear back from management Monday. Until then this is what I say. One star due to lack of QC. If you want great food but it's not what you asked for This is the place. Will update"
