"We stopped for a quick bite during our trip on I75. Overall I had a good experience. With a well maintained dining area, clean rest rooms, and excellent customer service this Taco Bell goes well beyond many fast food restaurants on the interstate. It had typical Taco Bell food. I am not a fan of Taco Bell food, but this restaurant is a good choice for a quick stop during travel."

"After ordering, almost $40 in food (and by the way, it wasn’t very much food) we sat in the drive-through with only one other vehicle for about 15 minutes before finally giving up and just leaving. So much for FAST food."

"Stopped at Taco Bell on Lexington Rd today and ordered 3 doritos tacos.. The first one I opened had the meat on the outside of the shell and the shell was so soggy it fell to pieces. I live less than a mile from the store. So I know that the amount of time I took to eat it wasn't the issue. The second taco I opened had all the toppings on the outside of the shell and it looked like they had accidentally added tomatoes and lettuce and just decided to scrape it all off and give it to me anyway. It really sucks to spend 25 dollars somewhere and not be able to eat the majority of the food you ordered because the cooks were so careless.. The front line staff were wonderful, professional and polite and it's a shame they're getting a bad rep because of the back line staff."

"I just door dashed from this location. I ordered all BEEF tacos. I only received chicken. I do not eat chicken tacos."

"Yesterday I stopped in to get a steak power bowl. When I got home I saw that there was no steak. I normally don't call when a place makes a mistake, as I know these things can happen, but I really wanted that steak. I called the store and told the polite gentleman on the phone that my order was wrong. He asked his manager for instructions then returned and told me to bring my receipt and they would replace it. I told the young man thank you and I was happy with the service he gave me. I arrived today and told the man at the speaker that I needed an order replaced. He told me no and said that I would need to purchase a whole new one. I tried to communicate to him that my order was not right, and that the gentleman I spoke to agreed to replace my order. He said he was the GM and was very adamant that he would not replace my order and said the shift leader was in the wrong for doing this. I was rather shocked. I said no thank you and left. I would have preferred that management honor it's verbal agreement with the customer. I really like this location, their food is good and the staff is nice and often funny. I wish that some of the management could be the same way."
