"Went by Saturday 2/17/24. Got a baked spaghetti with meatballs, club sub and side salad. Food was delicious and great fast service. Went by on 2/19/24. Got a club sub, slice of cheese pizza and side salad. Cheese pizza was burnt and hard as a rock. Sub ingredients tasted stale and the bread was hard. Side salad I just tossed out. Disappointing!"

"I would have liked more meat, sauce, and vegetables to go with the mountain of noodles. I feel like I wasted my money and I work hard for my money. I'm NOT a happy customer. My client was also dissatisfied. Only 3 meatballs came with his mountain of spaghetti."

"The breadsticks were hard and dry, my order was missing the salad added on to my entree to make it a meal, and the lasagna was mediocre at best. I used to love Fazoli's but next time I'll drive a little further to go somewhere else."
