A significant aspect of my project involved contracting out the electrical, plumbing, and general contracting for the demolition and rebuild. "Absolutely terrible experience. I had a complete kitchen remodel done and spent a ton of money. These guys came out and it was a circus. Some of the cabinets had small damage during install that they hid, the fridge didn’t fit into the enclosure, the lazy Susan was installed backwards. And now a year later, the trim just FALLS OFF the cabinets randomly! Never ever do business with these people. Take your money elsewhere."

"Spent about $25k on kitchen and bathroom cabinets along with flooring . Andy is THE BEST. He and his wife, the Customer service representative at the front desk, will literally bend over backwards for you! Any problem we encountered and he was right on top of it and it was fixed within that same day. HIS installers were great and a very trustworthy group of guys. OK I definitely would recommend him to anyone. His wife even gave me tips on how to decorate and paint accordingly to match the colors of my cabinets. EXCELLENT Job i highly recommend."

"Went to purchase flooring, specifically tile. The funny desk lady was friendly but the man at the flooring desk wouldn't acknowledge we were even there. I was ready to just leave but my wife insisted we get pricing on a couple of items she liked. We went back up front and the lady called back to the flooring desk informing him we needed help. He very reluctantly got out of his chair and asked a few questions but it was obvious he didn't want to help us. Also, he wouldn't put a mask on even though it was mandated by the KY government and signs were on the door saying you couldn't enter without a mask due to COVID-19 protocol. Much to my wife's disapproval, I told him nevermind if he wasn't going to wear a mask to protect me, my wife, and young daughter. I will never go back, even after this pandemic is over. They may be a good source for local builders but not you DIYers."

"Worst customer service ever. I bought a pantry cabinet that cost 800$ when it arrived it was veneer on the sides with a big scratch that had been stained. I contacted Neal the salesman and was only told that they would order a new panel that we would have to install. I told them how dissatisfied I was with this cabinet. I was told that they don’t let you return a item unless it’s one they keep in stock. Since most of all the cabinets are special order if it arrives and it’s not what you want you are stuck with it. I wish I had went to Lowe’s or any other place that sells cabinets. I won’t be shopping at Hager Cabinets again."
