"Sooo good! It’s my new favorite Thai food truck. The service was friendly and fast despite how busy they were. I had the Killer Noodles while my friend had and shared some her Roti, and Thai Boxing Wings. Everything was hot, delicious, full of layers flavor and great textures! Highly Recommend!"

"Interesting n fascinating. The noodles where spicier than I expected though I still ate on n mixed with the egg yolk helped ease the temp. The pork fried belly was crispy yet juicy."

"We ordered takeout from their website which was super easy and straightforward. We got several things because our eyes were bigger than our stomachs! Everything was delicious, with plenty of leftovers for later! Food wasn’t very spicy but I’m sure you could ask for more spice if you’re looking for that. Also the Gai Tod and The Lost Recipe are seemingly the same chicken just with different sauces, so I wouldn’t recommend getting both. I put 4 stars for atmosphere because there were flies around the picnic tables outside the truck so I’d recommend taking the food home if you can. Wasn’t a big deal though, just a small nuisance."

"Place was easy to find. They are also close with one food truck and a beer hub. So if you like eating food with alcohol this place is a really nice choice. The spot was cozy and a good hangout place. The staff were nice and patient, especially it was our first time in this place and there’s a lot of good choices. We end up ordering Lemonade Thai Tea, Fried Noodles, Spring rolls, and Curry Crab. We enjoyed every sip of the Lemonade thai tea, if you like a tea taste with your lemonade you will enjoy this. Fried Noodles came with big portion of pork and egg - it was a good combination and the taste complimented. Curry Crab was something I truly enjoyed especially if you are a seafood person. The spring roll was okay but the dip made a difference. Overall the place, staff, and food hit all the good spot!"

The Roti’s exterior has a satisfying crispness that gives way to a delightfully chewy interior. Served alongside the same curry sauce that graces the Dang Curry, it’s a tantalizing combination that has become a cherished ritual. In fact, I’ve been visiting Kiin Di almost religiously, making it a bi-weekly pilgrimage for the past few months. Beyond the exceptional food, the team at Kiin Di stands out for their warmth and friendliness. Furthermore, their commitment to helping those in need shines through with their participation in the Dine with Maui event, where a portion of their proceeds supported the Maui Food Bank.
