"Called the store to say they needed to cancel a DD order on their end, so the customer and delivery driver doesn't have to assume the costs. Get told by a very rude woman on the phone "That will have to wait until my manager arrives in the morning" Conveniently, 2 minutes later Doordash orders are turned off on their end. Blatantly lying rude employees. Anyone that's ever worked in food knows, if doordash available, there's a handheld tablet available to control delivery orders, mark out of stock items, and cancel orders if necessary. Place is a joke. Dont order from here."

"The Team (#8862) that was there when I went in; was very polite and friendly. One of the ladies opened the door for me because my hands were full. My whole experience was Great! They seemed to work very well together. That's what makes customers like me happy. And the food was so good. Even my 87 yr old mom loved it. This is the best Team I have seen there in a very long time. I will go back! A Very Happy Customer!"

"Worst experience ever, from start to finish!! Waited at drive thru for close to 10 mins with no other customers there, finally placed order, took a bit to get the order, but was ok nothing major, got home and went to eat, order was somewhat correct, ordered 5 mozzarella sticks, was only given 3 yet charged for 5!! Ordered a 6 pack of sloppy joes, 2 had a lot of meat on the bin, 2 had very little meat, and 2 were bare buns with NO MEAT!!! Tried to eat the ones that had meat and there was so much salt in the sloppy joe, they weren't even edible, to me anyways, I have high blood psi, finally ordered my favorite onion rings from there and was highly disappointed there as well, not sure how they did it, but they were way overcooked yet soggy and stale tasting?!! So out of the whole meal the shakes 2 sliders were all we could eat and even the sliders were grease soaked!!!!! Been there many times and had great service and food, either have new people that think they're funny for serving food.like.tjay or just that damn stupid!!! I'm disabled and have to depend on other people to get around,. otherwise I would have brought that whole order back and shoved it so far up someone's rear, they could have read the ingredients!!!! Totally pathetic and completely ignorant!!!!"

"I went there and just got a milkshake on my lunch break which is an hour long. It was after 2pm so I didn't think the wait would be that bad. I waited 35 minutes for it and before anyone says you could have gone anywhere else no I couldn't because the other two places there machines were down as usual. So I get to the window and get my drink then I get back to work as quickly as I can. I get there and it's not a strawberry shake it's chocolate and I put the straw in and it splits right up the seam and then I have to take off the top to drink it. Not to mention I couldn't understand anything the guy at the window was saying he kind of mumbled and I said have a great day to him and nothing just a blank stare. I don't know if I'll go back but when I lived in Michigan I loved white castle. Maybe it was just a bad day for them idk."

"Several months ago I wouldn't give white castle a good review. But things have turned around the past 5 times I've been there. They used to have poor service, would take quite a bit to even ring up your order. But now their employees are more friendly. They don't keep you waiting to put in your order and you get out the door much quicker. Thanks for the good service now. Keep it up!!!"
