"It's Chinese fastfood done well. Food is hot and fresh and portions are decent. Not going to get out full without spending $10 or so but given the same old stuff at the burger places this is a welcome change of pace."
"Only one employee was working out front. There were approximately nine cars in the drive-through and four people waiting in line inside. I explained there was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom. The employee didn’t even look at me didn’t say sorry I didn’t say I’ll get right to it And didn’t even bother to offer to hand me some toilet paper. Additionally, they were dirty and disgusting. Bathrooms are just as important as the food being good and ready and staff being friendly, and has a good sense of urgency, and concerned for my entire experience. I won’t be back!"
"I had a bug in my rice. I lost my appetite and asked for a refund. The manager would only refund my plate, but not my full meal that included a drink and egg roll. Ridiculous! A partial refund for a nasty bug in my food.. never again."
"We tried to dine in, but left after waiting in the line for about 30 minutes. No one bothered to make eye contact or aknowledge our presence in the restaurant, and there was a long line of people behind us. Every employee in the restaurant was focused on fulfilling orders from the drive through line only. There were two people ahead of us who had been waited on in the first 5 minutes, but when we got to the place where we should have placed our order, the line stopped. We didn’t see a manager, and after another 25 minutes, we left. Panda Express, generally your food is great, and previously your service has been prompt and friendly, but tonight’s was so bad as to be insulting."
"We came here for lunch. The drive thru was quick and convenient. Our bowls and entrees were hot and fresh. We had a coupon in the app that we used which was a nice bonus! Will be back!"
