"Awful Karen cashier with the nametag "e" tried to charge me for water when I brought my own container and no other Thornton's has ever done this. She was obviously on some kind of power trip trying to give me a hard time. I was about to buy a full tank of gas but now instead I've bought nothing and will never return to this location. I am calling corporate to file a formal complaint. Please fire this worthless lazy white lady."
"Current staff are personable and quick to help. Have never had any issues here and staff do a good job of keeping the store clean."
"I see management sitting when there is a line. I have also seen them walk to the back with only one register open and line around the back. I have seen 3rd shift work till late in the morning by themselves. I saw this location closed Christmas day all morning, even though all other locations were open. I hope to see a change but in the last year it's only worsening."
