"The people here are so rude, they don't answer phone calls, when they do they ask if you can hold and never get back to you. I drove an hour to get here and showed up at 4:32 to view a truck and they said it's too late. They close at 5. Tabitha gave me a huge head ache the last time because I requested delivery and they weren't scheduling it and I had to call headquarters, get transfered to this location and back and fourth for several days and ended up having to hire a tow myself even though I had chose for them to deliver it. She asked for my buyer number and looked me up before turning me away. These lazy workers are afraid of sitting in the air conditioned office a few minutes over. I literally just want to see if the frame had rust or not, less than 5 minutes and I wasted gas and time on this horrible company. I made the mistake 2 times with this company and I want to be reimbursed my member fees."
