Employees were friendly. :) Cashier was awesome and noticed I went to the Curiosities Expo in Louisville this weekend and asked if I had a good time! "I just have to say this place is so genuine in customer service! I have to give a shout out to the manager. I can tell that he likes his job and that he is great with his staff! He always has a smile on his face and really is super nice!"
"I like my bagels a certain way-like not cut up into quarters, etc. So I went in a couple weeks ago to get a bagel with smoked salmon. I asked to toast it dark and while it was in the oven I told the manager (a young kid) who was helping me I like it made a certain way, and he replied "I tell my employees not to do that but I will this time but don't make a habit of it". Huh? The rest of the experience was even worse and when I left I decided I would not make a habit of it by never going back again. Maya Bagels on preston hwy however is now highly recommended."
"I ordered half a dozen bagels sliced. When I ordered a side of strawberry cream cheese I was told that I needed to buy another bagel and that they don't sell sides of cream cheese. Too many good bagels in town to waste my time here with poor customer service and rude employees. Stick to Maya's or Born2Bagel!"
"Dissatisfied is the best word to use. The food looked good, but coffee and bagels were mediocre at best. Then, I pull a piece of plastic from my mouth. It wasn't a good stop for the morning. They did remake a sandwich for me. However, after the disappointment, who'd really want it."
