"I went during their soft opening and got the Taro Lover and Che 3 Mau, both were really good, the wait was kind of long but again it was their soft opening so I was expecting a longer than usual wait anyways. Can’t wait to come back and try the Mochi waffles and durian smoothie!"

"The staff are quite friendly but definitely need more training on interacting with customers and not being so awkward. There needs to be some music because waiting silently for 30 minutes with a dozen other people is a terrible experience. This brings me to my next point: We waited 30 minutes for two overpriced drinks, both of which were very disappointing. The total was $17. We wish the staff communicated with us more about our order because when we inquired about it 25 minutes in, it seemed like they forgot about it. I understand they just opened and we went probably during shift change, but more training is a must in all areas."
