I have an issue with the furniture that I purchased and paid for the protection plan and requested assistance had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up nor did they call. I sent an email and still never received a response. Sherry is still a great salesperson. The rest, bad service. Now they get a 2 start instead of 5. Excellent quality furniture. Sherry is a great salesperson, not pushy at all. She wants to make sure what you purchase is a great fit. Tina is a wonderful manager. She is super caring and aims to help. "I purchased a lawnmower through farmers home furniture in martin Tennessee and unfortunately it got submerged in water during the flood in union city. They didn't hesitate on doing a claim and even before my claim was completed they let me get a couch and coffee table. Best customer service ever. I will not go through any other furniture store."
