"If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Do NOT do business these thieves! Took my Peterbilt in for a front end alignment. Dropped truck off and they called me the next day and said I needed kingpins after they had already disassembled the front end( just had kingpins checked by another respectable shop) I told them no to put it back together and do the alignment, went and picked it up and wore a set of steer tires out before I got to Denver! They wouldn't refund me to even replace my steer tires! Had alignment done in Denver and replaced tires. Did great until I sold the truck 4 years later!"

"I do not recommend Tri-State in Murray. Took my truck there had king pins put in and the mechanic put my bearings in upside down, had a front-end alignment done and two weeks later ruined a set of tires. Had it checked by another mechanic to prove the alignment was not even done. They would not reimburse and stand behind their work."
