"We had our 2018 expedition serviced for cam phasers and transmission replacement. We had an existing Ford warranty and never had to do any back and forth. Most things were handled quicker than expected. So far after 2 weeks we haven't had to return, which is especially nice because a transmission replacement usually requires you to go back multiple times. Their service process must be by the book because of not having to go back!"
