"My last 3 pizzas have been garbage!!! We pay good money for your food not to be up to standards! Mr. Jim's was our favorite pizza until your employees decided to just give us what they choose to give us. I live too far to bring them back and I keep coming to you all praying you will get it right again. I'm very disappointed in your product and service. I'll try back in a couple of months!"
"My dad & I ordered delivery tonight, they were quick & prompt . The delivery man was so sweet. I had their wings for the first time, they weren’t my favorite as I would probably get them well done if I ordered them again, BUT they gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. Left a note for mostly flats, & they I understood the assignment for me. They gave me one drum & I wasn’t even upset with that. I know some places won’t do that so I wasn’t expecting all flats if they didn’t have that option. My dad ate his entire pizza. I had a slice, & it was AMAZING. As always! Mr. Jim’s NEVER disappoints. "Spent $22.50 (with a coupon..) First time trying Mr. Jim's since moving to the area. Ordered two medium 2 topping pizzas. Hamburger meat was distasteful and old. The medium size is smaller than the surrounding pizzerias and more expensive which is fine if the quality was above average and it was not. Both pizzas were overcooked. Toppings were burnt. The employee i spoke with on the phone was very hopeful, the only positive thing. Won't be buying here again."
