"Quality in on KADZ Kentucky, worst stay of my 60 years. Worst baptum didn't drain manager very rude was only there for 4 hours sleep during a travel who was talked to with obscenities of the manager used the f-bomb worst stay will never stay at any quality and again. You're better off to go to other places. Anything owned or operated or franchise of quality in will be off line list for from now on. Please. Uh, yeah, it was just I can't tell you how bad I'm out. Chuck that the water wouldn't drain when you were taking a shower. No hot water just just awful. The orange juice was disgusting. The breakfast was in edible the worst worst staff very unfriendly. Very unpleasant wish I could give them a 0 cause. That's what they deserve, stay away."
"Clean, cheerful, polite and comfortable. Husband and I were very happy with our stay. Driving through the country needing a place to stay for the night and locked this hotel in and we highly recommend!"
"Hotel was great. Room was fine.. stayed on second floor which was inconvenient since we were here for 5 nights on a hunting trip, we had a lot of gear to drag up the stairs.. I didn’t complain so they didn’t have a chance to fix it.. the male manager who checked us in wasn’t friendly at all and was very argumentative, also they charge you 30.00 extra if you check in early.. before 2:00 pm.."
"The lobby is welcoming. Front desk very nice. Room is clean. Breakfast was good. Overall it was a nice stay. I would recommend it with 5 stars. Really friendly and very clean."
"A good hotel experience starts with the person at the front desk. She was very friendly, helpful and had a welcoming smile. The room was very clean, the towels and sheets smelled clean and fresh. The carpets and paint looked new. I couldn't decide if it was a new hotel or if it had recently been remodeled. My sister had a problem with her TV and the front desk person took care of it quickly. There was an indoor pool that other guest were using. Breakfast was simple but good. Make your own waffles, bread for making toast, cereal and yogurt. There are several restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely stay there again."
