"Purchased a gift card here for a family member who loves to shop here. The lady helping me was kind at first, but mixed the names up on the card and was so insulted when I told her it was backwards...even though I told her at the start...I even offered to fill it out myself but she was rude from then on, she took white out to it and was extremely rude and condescending about the entire thing and wouldn't offer me a new card. How embarrassing it was to give a gift certificate with white out all over it because of her mistake. We won't ever be back. I was nothing but polite but left feeling belittled when I had done nothing wrong!"

"What a wonderful shop! I owned an outfit I had intended on wearing for my 50th birthday trip to NYC. 2 days prior to leaving I washed and ruined it. I was desperate to replace the top so I searched online and found this boutique. Called and explained to Stephanie who was beyond helpful. She had the top in stock and personally took it and had it shipped overnight to my hotel in NYC so I would have it for my birthday dinner. There is no better service than that!
