"This Jimmy John’s used to be amazng, but my last 3 orders have not been amazing. Missing items, completely screwed up orders, and waiting an hour for delivery. At one point I had to call twice due to them just not picking up the phone. I don’t know what’s changed but hope they can get back what they once had."
