"Every single time I come to this location I get pulled up even if no one is behind me so their timers can be down. And end up waiting for ten to fifteen minutes for my food. Every single time I come. So I will not be back which is sad because I love coming here for certain things and will not recommend for anyone else to come here.....also we just got the wrong order so they had to let us keep it and give us our right order and make whoever's food we got wait longer."
"On Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving) we went thru the drivethru and had the most awful experience. We started to order a sandwich and the girl yelled (firm and angry sounding) that she was NOT going to make any more roast beef sandwiches because they were closed the next day (thanksgiving) and that left overs would go bad!!! A guy took over the order and was much more polite and professional... Our food took forever to come and they had us pull up even tho there was no one else in line. Other cars that started thru the line to order left( I'm assuming they got yelled at like we did and decided not to order) Oh and it was before 5pm so not late at night , so not like they were closing soon either (other than the next day)"
"They were great to me tonight! I ordered, got to the window to pay and realized I forgot my wallet. Had them cancel my order. Called my husband, he said reorder and tell them to hold it and he would come pay. Back through the line I go. Finally got the credit card to pay for our food. They were so kind, both the manager and the employee at the window!!"
"Everything was really nice. Dianne at the register was a sweetheart. Got our order quickly. The food was good and the place was nice and clean, but it was very warm in there. This was my second time going there and both times felt like it was 77°."
"Hope they get better. Love Arby's. Worst one I've ever been too, but they are new and short handed. That aside, you don't make sandwiches for every order on the board and let them get cold while people wait around for a half hour. They politely refunded me after waiting for 20 minutes and deciding I didn't want to watch them making sandwiches on dirty tables while 25 people sat in the drive through and in the store waiting on food."
