"This was my 1st visit to Broussard's, I travel to the area but I'm not a fan of spicy (hot) food so I wasn't sure I would find something I liked. I decided to give it a try and so glad I did. My server was GRANT and he was amazing. He helped me pick out something after asking what I liked and spice levels. Once I decided on the Half and Half , he offered me a sample of the etouffee so I could make sure it wasn't too spicy. Grant was very attentive and the Gator was awesome. The Half and Half was so big, I could not even eat half the etouffee, but I sure ate all the Gator bites. I taste tested the gator etouffee, but ordered the crawfish etouffee since i wanted gator bites - I did like the gator in it better. I saved room for dessert after seeing the pic of the Mississippi Mud Cake (I usually won't even look at dessert), it was the most delicious yummy chocolatey rich goodness I have had in a long time (maybe ever... lol). I think I ate half of it, but the other half will be lucky to make it til breakfast. The atmosphere was different, I went for an early dinner so it wasn't very busy. I did enjoy checking out the decor and it reminded me of New Orleans. I would definitely recommend Broussard's and I hope you get Grant as your server and try the Gator!"

"A wonderful experience. The food and service were both amazing! Our server was friendly and attentive. We started with the Potato Skins and then had the Cajun Pasta and the Red Beans and Rice for our entrees. With two drinks, our tab came 42.73 plus tip for the two of us. A very nice dining experience. We'll be back."

"We visited on a rainy Sunday afternoon. We were promptly seated by our server Sonya in the historic building. Our meals came promptly and were delicious. I had the Shrimp & Crab Gumbo with red beans and rice and an order of Onion Rings for my included side. My wife had Shrimp Creole with a side salad. For dessert, we ordered Bread Pudding and Beignets. The Beignets were the star dessert. They were served warm and delicately tender coated with powder sugar and included a small serving of raspberry jam to dip in. The Bread Pudding was very good too and we brought half of it home. Sonya our server was very friendly and checked on us several times during the meal. I highly recommend Broussard's Cajun Cuisine for a flavorful meal."

"Wonderful food! Jambalaya was excellent! The fried catfish was quite meaty and the onion rings were hand-dipped. I'm usually not a big chicken breast tender guy, but these were cooked to perfection; crispy on the outside and my fork still slid right through them! Also, the gator bites were delectable! Wonderful first time there, will definitely be back!"
