"Sit in drive thru ready to order for 16 minutes no one ever asked us what we wanted had to pull him window and tho ik took 5 minutes or better for them to take order then the girl at window said oh yea sometimes it don't work what did you need"

"Where most ppl run to McDonald's, Sonic is my go to!! They have more choices and better quality food. I always use the app, it's easier, you can add or take off what you want, and not have to really interact with anyone. I put my order in, what stall I'm at, there isn't a wait. When I pull up, my order is on its way within about a min or so. I tip cash, I don't ever put tips on a card. To some, may think that they just bring your order and go back in. The employees there are non stop busy, and to show my respect and appreciation I tip them. I tip anywhere I go. Bc they are providing a service and a courtesy to ppl. I have very seldom ever gotten a messed up order. If I did, it was MY error in not communicating. Due to ordering on the app and Sonic being a drive up, with a drive thru option, I cannot give any stars for atmosphere. You're in your own vehicle or with someone else in their's, so the atmosphere is whatever is going on in the vehicle. In my opinion.... just my opinion though."
