Sonic Drive-In

"So I came in for a quick bite, and to my surprise, I wanted a burger without cheese, and there is none on the menu. Yet if you don't want cheese, they will omit it yet still charge you for it. Makes no sense, so why take it out if they still charge you for it. Funny, their competitors have burgers without cheese. Why don't they? No buyer, just know that if you order the number one without the cheese, you are still being charged. This is redunkoulous and the burger is cold too. So idk why they do that. Why don't they deliver it hot. It would be nice after all you pay a pretty good penny for your meal and expect it hot not cold. If that was the case. Throw it in your fridge if you prefer to eat a cold burger. Makes me so upset to pay for cold food. What's up with that yall?. Funny cold food and charge for cheese when you don't want it. Hmmm... think abt that y'all."

"The burgers were tiny and it was rubbery not much flavor. They charged $18.00 for 2 tiny burgers , the service was slow, the people parked next to me got got his food faster & was taken his order first then me when I had been pressing & pressing for service before he got and he just gets there and is taken care first , the one on my left side also got taken care first before me, I had been there 10 minutes earlier than both of them I had to wait 25 minutes before I finally got someone to take my order & they're wasn't that many cars park & to top it off I was served a nasty burger I won't be going there that's for sure."

"Another restaurant that does not put money back into the business. Had to pull into multiple drive-in stations to find one that we could order from; and then could not pay our bill on it. Food is good but the process is not worth it. You have to have a lot of money in the bank to own a franchise so I don't really understand why they are in need of constant maintenance."

"I am so disappointed with my meal. I ordered a footlong chili cheese dog and the way it was packaged was horrible they did not have the original packaging for it, they used the bags they use for the onion rings and when i pulled the hotdog out of it the cheese was stuck to the wrapper. I had to scrape the cheese off the wrapper. They didn't use Shredded cheese they used Sliced cheese which gave it a very different flavor. The wiener was old and the chili was old as well it was so nasty. I got a diet coke to drink and it was flat and the onion rings were soggy."
