"Last time I went to this location service was bad. So I decided to go again today and give it a second chance. When I went in there was a line, which I waited. One employee was available and no one else to help him. One customer left do to waiting over 30 minutes. So the issues here is that the employee was only taking online orders so there was no one else to take order for customers inside the building. The lady in front of line had been waiting over an hour which is ridiculous. Employee didn’t acknowledge any of us that we’re waiting in line or had the courtesy of telling us that he would only take online orders. Management needs to look at staffing. Really disappointing that this location continues to have opportunities."
