"Needed my brakes fixed went to them Monday. They ordered the part and I went back on Tuesday. Then they found another big problem with my brakes. They were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure I have a safe car to drive. They showed me every issue with my car and told me what was going on. Definitely will go back in the future!!!"
"I had my air conditioner pump go out on my 2014 Honda Odyssey. I contacted Bluegrass Automotive and had a nice lady answer . I was given a day to drop it off and was quite surprised when they called to let me know it was ready to be picked up. They were prompt and the customer service was great. "Talk about finding a gem! I was traveling out of state and my miata overheated in Bardstown KY. I wasn't familiar with the area, and as you know, good/honest mechanics are hard to find so you take a risk just picking one. This shop went above and beyond for me! My car is a 1993, it needed parts that aren't always easy to find. They worked hard for me, got the parts the next day close to end of business one Friday afternoon (they are not open on the weekends). The mechanic stayed until the repair was done, so I would not have to stay in a hotel over the weekend. They actually CARED about ME and my safety, as I was still 3 hours from home. The shop is SUPER CLEAN, and all of the staff were pleasant, kind, and understanding of my situation. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this shop! Thank you so much Bluegrass Automotive for caring for Pinky as if she were your own vehicle!"
