"I can’t say enough good things about Elizabeth, the young lady that waited on me in the drive thru this evening. She was absolutely phenomenal!! Friendly, kind, informative & a smile never left her face, you don’t see that often anymore and it was a true delight! Thank you for such a wonderful experience, I will definitely return to this location!"

"Girl in drive thru was very short, rude, unprofessional, and obviously isn’t trained in customer service in drive thru. Started ordering first I said a number 1 with cheese meal she’s quick to say your total is $6 and change I said excuse me I said a meal and she preceded to say drink, then I said we have a couple more meals to order and she went silent. Got to window she said $28 and change grabs card, no hello, no greeting what’s so ever, hands receipt back, turns looks at me and turns back around and proceeds conversation with co-workers brings order to window and says bye. And of course she go one of our meals wrong, I’ve worked drive-thru as a teenager and in early 20’s not an easy job, but with proper training and back up it should go smoothly. We travel from Alabama to Ohio a lot and this is our stop every-time for lunch or dinner and never have had any issues until tonight. Didn’t get her name but I did take a picture of her backside and she was wearing a white and pink strawberry shortcake soft pullover. Hopefully this is addressed to the right people."

"I was on the brink of collapsing. The journey along I-71 was taxing and overwhelming hunger was getting the better of me. My vision started to blacken, and I surely thought the end was near. After barely exiting onto a ramp and rolling into a parking lot, I thought the it was surely over. Struggling out of my car, I crawled out of my vehicle and accepted my fate. All of a sudden, a warming yet strangely familiar voice rang from the heavens. “Welcome to Freddy’s, how can I help you?” My savior, Black Freddy, came just in time. I was escorted into the dining area and treated to a delicious steak burger with some shoestring fries. My stomach was rejoicing as the sensation of the food hit my barren tummy. The refreshing vanilla custard completed the meal, balancing the meal as beautifully as a symphony with all of its instruments harmonizing at once. On top of the excellent food, Black Freddy provided the most tender care I’ve received in my life. Without his exceptional protection, I would've surely perished. With a nice cold cola in my hand, I was sent on my way off to continue my voyage. I will never forget Black Freddy's hospitality that was given on that dreadful day."

"Traveling through from out of town burgers and shakes looked good online, VERY disappointed. After driving 10 hours was given garbage. Poor service, cold food (ordered for specific pickup time and they must have made when order was submitted), each side had sauce and seasoning shoved on top (unappetizing and not clean especially with covid and the flu going around), shakes not marked and look the same, asked to remake and they refused said "I can tell what they are". Spent nearly $100 to feed family of five, should treat customers better than this. Update returned to speak with manager. Food and shakes were remade. Some education to employees was needed. Employees are advised to mark shakes and are to look at online orders for specific pickup time if noted."

"Did not know what to expect when trying Freddie's for the first time. We really enjoyed the smash burgers , shoestring fries, and frozen custard. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Service was good and the food came out quickly. As far as fast food goes it was very good."
