"Every single time we come to Pilot the subway is always closed or there’s a on break sign. We hung around one day for 45 mins waiting for them to come back and no one showed up. We tried the grab and go case and got food poisoning little did we know the date stickers had been replaced with a newer date. This is unacceptable and quite honestly dangerous to your customers."
"The worker there named Hannah on April 23rd at about 715 pm was very polite, attentive, and quick. Walked up to the counter and she was already there quick with a smile and warm personality. Type of person that makes you feel good talking to them. Made my whole experience amazing. Wish every subway at a pilot/flying j I go to had a Hannah that worked there."
"One of the worst experience I have ever had , it was 0800 and this lady just didn’t care about her job and basically seemed to hate me because I was there , it first started when I gave my order I had to repeat it a few times and still she got wrong , I asked for cheese three times and she didn’t put on till after the sub was toasted , then I asked for onions and she put lettuce on it , and sauce lol she put that on LOL . I WILL NOT BE BACK !!!"
