"Called Tom Drexler Plumbing in the evening due to water heater failure and the technician Michael Kirby came out the next morning and replaced it quickly. He provided all the options for the water heater and sold me on their monthly membership and extra warranty. This repair was for an investment property with tenants in it so I was very happy he was able to get it installed so quickly. Michael Kirby was excellent at communicating with me via phone and sent me a photo when the job was done. Highly recommend!"

"I came home after work Saturday morning to the sound of running water, obviously a major leak somewhere in or around my 200 year old house. I called my usual plumber but got no reply so I called Tom Drexler and they set me up for a service call. Grant McClure got there within a few hours, assessed the whole house, located the likely source of the leak and made a plan to fix it. They were back the next day and dug up the old busted galvanized pipe in the back yard and installed a new outdoor faucet. But after he left, the crud in our old pipes plugged up some other lines, which required a return visit two days later. Grant diagnosed the problems, got things cleared out and had water flowing again in short order. Now water’s running where it should be, and he saved us a bunch of money with the plan he devised. Working with old houses and old pipes isn’t easy, but Grant handled it with ease. Tom Drexler’s dispatch and scheduling system were very efficient and they kept me updated every step of the way. Their people were helpful and polite every time we spoke, which is unusual these days, and Grant McClure was super to work with. I’m extremely satisfied with their work and their prices. Highly recommended!"
