"I watched a manager yell at employees twice. The first time I thought it was a stressful day but the second time a week later they were not busy and I watched the same little lady manager yell at a worker from 7 feet away while she was with a customer. Then when the worker continued with the customer the manager still yelled over the customer interrupting the worker for the second time. SAD no wonder they can not keep workers... BAD MANAGEMENT!!"
"The google hours are wrong. What I was told by the pilot cashier tonight. 5:30-6am and they close at midnight. Disappointed hoping to have breakfast this morning. But I gotta go load gotta roll. They used to be open 24 hours."
"We placed an order on the app tonight around 10pm, but the app messed up...it charged my credit card, but didn't send the order to the store. The manager was extremely helpful, she got everything taken care of and got our food made as quickly as possible. Her excellent service and attention was greatly appreciated."
"Well done, McDonalds in a pilot gas station. Layout of the restaurant offers lots of soft leather seating and plenty of it. Staff wasn't overly pleasant worth noting. Quick stop for a treat while traveling. McFlurry is always a favorite with tons of M&Ms."
