"Ordered a butterscotch vanilla latte a few minutes ago, and was given this. Startled by the color I asked the gentleman working if there was any espresso in it, he said yes and proceeded to close the window and take the next order. It definitely tasted just like milk and syrup. I waited at the window to see if he could fix it, but the window was shut and I’m sure he proceed to take the next order behind me. I am very disappointed, especially because my coworkers rave about this place… but I mean just look at this picture.. it is practically milk and ice."
