"PLEASE READ. Would have given them 0 stars if possible. Quick rundown of the facts. Bought 2 parts for dryer. Returned one of the parts as it was not needed. They refused to return my money as they said the part was used (was not, but their word vs mine). Ok well ship my part back to me then so I can use at a later date if needed. They never shipped my part back or returned my money. I’m out over $100. Take your business elsewhere. This company is a scam. BBB reported. Update: Speedy Appliance Parts just proves how dishonest this company is based on their response: they will not reply to any emails nor will they offer a phone number to call about problems. They take your money and ship out inferior products and when returned they claim: sorry not our fault and keep your money. So now a video exists where you can see the inside of a product that is being shipped. Wow!! I just hope this review, along with many others negative reviews help steer people in a different direction than Speedy Appliance Parts. Based on the majority of recent negative reviews you should try and stop stepping over dollars to pick up pennies. Business 101"

"I ordered the gas oven igniter from Speedy Appliances to replace the old one. it was delivered earlier than I expected, it was properly packed because the part is fragile. And my oven works wonderfully. Btw, the price was more affordable than on other websites. Thank you, Speedy Appliances, for your business!"

"I ordered a replacement knob for an LG range. The part arrived and did not match the other knobs in finish or quality- obvious cheap knock-off part, and did not even fit the spindle! I requested a return. The return was approved, and I was notified I had to pay for shipping and 20% would be deducted from my refund for "restocking". I just received notice my refund was $9. The part was $21 How does that add up? Wasn't worth the time to repackage it, stand in a long line at the PO, pay for postage, for a $9 refund. Ridiculous. I will never do business with this establishment again."

"Needed 2 replacement knobs for our Bosch gas cooktop. Speedy Appliance Parts had the knobs and were HALF THE PRICE of anywhere else I could find, even local. Transaction was easy online and the knobs were shipped quickly. The knobs are perfect. You can't tell which two are new and which are original. Great quality."

"DON'T USE SPEEDY APPLIANCE PARTS. THEY ARE FRAUDS.... Spend your money with a reputable seller. UPDATE BELOW: ORIGINAL REVIEW: In September 2020, I ordered a new rack for my GE dishwasher since my old one was beginning to rust. Within a couple of months, the plastic covering the wire rack began to split and expose the wire which began to rust. It's happened in dozens of spots and is a mess. I emailed the company and received no response. Don't use Speedy Appliance Parts. Purchase from a more reputable place. UPDATE 3/16/2021: Speedy never responded to my emails but they did respond to a negative review. Their response was a joke stating that the rack was perfectly fine but the water is bad which is why the sealant is cracking. The lower rack that came with the dishwasher lasted 15 years and the upper rack is still fine... and speedy tries to say water caused their product to fall apart."
